We met Lena when we bought our first house about 12 years ago. Lena found us the perfect home for us meeting all our requirements and was an excellent negotiator getting us the house at 10 percent reduction. We were recently introduced by a friend in the industry to Lena Ohannessian for representation on the sale of a family home. After a brief introduction, we learned of Lena's caring and understanding nature, and we jointly proceeded to inspect the property. She quickly recognized several areas of concern that would require attention to ensure the quickest possible sale with the highest possible return. Each requirement, though clearly defined and justified, presented a challenge far too great for us to attempt on our own, and the notion of hiring separate trades to conduct the work while managing the project in a compressed time frame would have been impossible.

Having been so pleased with her performance we again enlisted her expertise to help locate a new property for the same family member. This also went flawlessly. Not only did she find the perfect location / property, she was able to bring in her team once again to renovate the entire unit to perfection prior to the move in day. This too was done on time and on Budget.

She recognizes what needs doing and what doesn't thereby saving the client unnecessary expense while maximizing the result.
